We are still finalizing the rate it will rent for.  We do know the landlord pay's the water, sewer, trash and high speed internet.  The whole unit is electric, so the only utility the tannate will pay is the electricity.  All appliances are furnish including Range, washer, dryer and new refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
